Due to the hygiene nature of reeds I am unable to offer returns or refunds where the boxes have been opened, unless the product has been damaged during delivery

If you decide to return your order you will be responsible for the cost and safety of the return of the product

Any product that I have agreed to have a refund on with the customer will be refunded the full cost of the product minus the original delivery fee, unless otherwise discussed with the customer
