• Due to the hygiene nature of reeds I am unable to offer returns or refunds where the boxes have been opened, unless the product has been damaged during delivery

• If you decide to return your order you will be responsible for the cost and safety of the return of the product

• Any product that I have agreed to have a refund on with the customer will be refunded the full cost of the product minus the original delivery fee, unless otherwise discussed with the customer
